The CWS ESP is NOT a water softener or reverse osmosis system. The CWS ESP water unit is a patented electronic device that works with the ion structure of the water in order to achieve the desired water composition. It is the latest scientific application of an age-old principle based on the sound laws of physics.
Water that passes through a controlled electrostatic field in the electrostatic field in the unit is treated by a patented wave which creates an improved taste, scale reduction, reduced odor, and it can control other significant problems in water sources. Electrolysis is safe for the environment.
The CWS ESP system makes a "wetter water" by loosening the ionic bond in the water molecules, which in turn makes it more efficient. The minerals and other key components to a plant's health remain in the water, but the treatment reduces the extra energy that would ordinarily be required for basic nutrient acquisition. After treatment, the plant has the necessary energy it needs to produce hormones in their proper quantities, as well as vitamins, sugars, starches and proteins necessary for proper metabolism. Simply put, the plant will have additional energy to produce growth and reproduction in greater amounts than it would have ordinarily without the CWS ESP water unit.
The process also allows the free electrons to capture salts in the water and render those salts less likely to cause salt burn which is typical with water that has heavy salt content, even those that may be extra salt sensitive. The free electrons are able to take the salts to the subsoil well below the root structure and return them to the natural water table. As a result, plants are able to grow with fewer, if any, problems relating to excessive salt int he water. The local situation will determine how high the salt content can go and the unit is still effective.
Soils treated with CWS ESP water have shown increased colloidal properties. The need for fertilizer can be significantly reduced and since the plant materials are utilizing the water more efficiently, the need to water can be less frequent. Negatively charged water appears to result in smaller insect populations as well. The grower saves in both chemicals, labor, and realizes an additional profit as a result of healthier and better plants with greater yields. In addition, the CWS ESP water unit is environmentally friendly.
Longer life expectancy on all valves, pipes, spray heads, spray equipment and a host of other items can be realized using the CWS ESP System. Standard maintenance procedures on equipment will be cut down and, in some cases, eliminated. The savings will add up month by month due to very little downtime caused b scale buildup in water equipment.

The E.S.P. unit bean as a n electrical unit to enhance cellular life in crops and animals, however as the technology spread into other applications to kill algae, remove scale, or harmful parasites in crops, Dr. Thomason (see statement below Dr. Thomason*) needed to branch out into studies dealing with other frequencies and yet staying away from controversies in early America.
There has been controversy surrounding studies of frequencies to enhance life of cells and kill algae or parasites, but when Professor Albert Szent-Gyorgyi discovered Vitamin C and also wrote in 1960, "The living cell is essentially an electrical device," in which the membrane with its oscillatory pumping function appears to be the generator, fueled by AMP. Ten nearly a decade later (1968) he also observed, "Cancer [instead of being regarded as a hostile intruder] might be looked upon as a cell in trouble, which needs help to return to normal." One of the best statements that Dr. Szent-Gyorgyi made is, "**At first glance, it is difficult to rationalize how such stimuli could produce cell death on the one hand, and cell regeneration on the other." When the E.S.P. transmits into cells we are either enhancing life in animals, & crops, or going after free radicals and harmful cells such as infectious microorganisms, or parasites. Early 1900's oil companies in the United States of America began experimenting with free electrons and frequency applications for scale. Charles Thomason, the original owner of Complete Water Systems, had a son that had done a study on electrons at the University of Arizona and explained to his father about many water applications that could be improved by transmitting frequencies into water. Charles and Barbara Thomason had been in the water filtration business for a few years by the time their son, Dr. Howard Ray Thomason, had received his MD and PHD in Physiology. Dr. Thomason helped his father and mother develop the E.S.P. water treatment unit and wrote the patent's. The first patent was approved on December11, 1998 under application number 209339 and was assigned patent number 6267933.. The second patent was assigned the number 6974561.

We do expect to do some testing with Tesla coils in the future, but just not at this time. It is well known that water is composed of individual water molecules that associate with others through hydrogen bonding. From statistical and mechanical analyses of water, it was found that liquid water may be regarded as a mixture of hydrogen bonding clusters and unbound molecules. Considini, D. M., Editor-in-Chief, Encyclopedia of Chemistry, Van Nostrand Reinhold Co., New York (1984). Thereafter it was shown that water can be characterized by five species: unbound molecules, tetra hydrogen bonded molecules in the interior of a cluster, and surface molecules connected to the cluster by 1, 2 or 3 hydrogen bonds. Id. Under normal conditions, natural clustering of water molecules is short lived and the cluster size is unpredictable. Water which has been treated to have a more ordered and stable clustering of water molecules, shall be referred to herein as "micro clustered: water.
"The presence of disolved solutes causes the structure and properties of liquid water to change." Lehninger, A. L. Biochemistry p.44 (1975). For example, when sodium chloride is dissolved in water, water molecules surround the sodium and chloride ions to produce ion hydrates. The resulting geometry of the water molecules differs from that of the prior clusters of hydrogen-bonded water molecules. The water molecules become more highly ordered and regular in structure. The addition of sodium chloride to micro clustered water affects the same result. Thus, the sodium chloride may be said to function as a "template" for the change. As used herein, "template' refers to any material which i used with micro clustered water to create a molecular structure therein for the achievement of specific results.
Much of micro cluster chemistry has focused on the ionization of metals and the formation of small metal cluster groups which elicit a significant change in chemical behavior. Such research is exemplified by Weiller, B. ., Bechtold, P.S., Parko, E. K., et al., The Reactions of Iron Clusters with Water. Jornal of Chemical Physics, Vol. 91, Note. 8:4714-27 (Oct. 15, 1989); and Yang, X. L., Castleman, A. However, micro cluster technology has also been concerned with the interaction of various solutes, such as proteins, nucleic acid and cellular material. It is believed that the E.S.P. emits macro clustered water which is just a little bigger cluster than the micro cluster.

Free electrons act as free radical scavengers (as free radicals are electron deprived), therefore neutralizing their free radical nature. This allows the organism to freely eliminate them while preventing the cell damage related to the presence of the free radicals. This process allows the free electrons to coexist with the dynamic equilibrium potential of water, no matter how pure. The presence of free electrons may also explain the lessening of pathogenic activity within the organism.
